SignalAIX - Data, Privacy and Responsible AI Approach

Last Updated: July 2026

SignalAIX (signalaixhq.com) is an early-stage commercial intelligence company. This page describes our current data-handling intentions and our approach to responsible AI as we develop the product.

This document explains how we currently intend to handle data related to our website and the 3-SKU scan service.

EU AI Act & Responsible AI Approach

SignalAIX is being designed with the EU AI Act’s transparency principles for low-risk B2B recommender systems in mind. A formal compliance assessment and classification has not yet been completed.

3.1 Explainable AI (XAI)

Our intention is to reject “black-box” forecasting. Where practical, predictive scores and commercial suggestions should be accompanied by visible reasoning (for example, the assumptions or signal categories behind a score) so merchants can evaluate the rationale behind any suggested commercial move. This is a design goal we are actively building toward, not a certified or independently audited capability.

Data Sources and Model Assumptions

Illustrative examples on this site may reference public datasets (such as Eurostat or EuroCommerce) for general context. We do not currently claim validated, unbiased demand evaluations across all European countries - this would require verification we have not yet completed.

SignalAIX - GDPR & AI Act Compliance

Last Updated: July 2026

Welcome to SignalAIX (signalaixhq.com). We provide predictive commercial intelligence to European digital commerce merchants. Your trust, data security, and regulatory compliance are our highest priorities.

This document governs the use of our site, our asynchronous predictive scans, and outlines our rigorous data protection standards.

3. EU AI Act & Ethical Intelligence Commitment

SignalAIX is designed in alignment with the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act) guidelines for low-risk B2B recommender systems. As an early-stage company, we treat this as an ongoing commitment rather than a formal regulatory certification, which does not currently exist for private companies under the AI Act.

3.1 Explainable AI (XAI)

In alignment with EU transparency mandates, SignalAIX rejects “black-box” forecasting. Every predictive score and commercial recommendation delivered to a merchant is backed by explainable business logic and visible signal parameters (e.g., identifying specific return rate thresholds, shipping costs, or regional demand contractions), enabling merchants to verify and understand the rationale behind every suggested commercial move.

3.2 Algorithmic Fairness

Our predictive models are trained and calibrated on verified public datasets (such as Eurostat and EuroCommerce) and localized retail signals to ensure objective, mathematical, and unbiased demand evaluations across all 38 European countries.
