SignalAIX is a commercial brand operated by SigXAI Predictive eCommerce OÜ. It is being developed as a commercial decision-support layer for European eCommerce. This page describes the principles guiding the current Design Partner pilot.

Human oversight

SignalAIX is intended to support commercial decisions, not autonomously execute them. Merchants retain final authority over inventory, pricing, advertising, logistics and regional decisions.

Reviewed before delivery

During the current Design Partner pilot, reports are reviewed before delivery.

Explainability

SignalAIX is being developed so that outputs distinguish underlying inputs, external context, assumptions, confidence and recommended tests where practical.

Responsible development

SignalAIX is being developed with transparency, human oversight and explainability principles in mind. No formal EU AI Act classification, certification or independent compliance assessment is claimed at this stage.

Limitations

Pilot outputs are decision-support information and should be evaluated alongside the merchant’s own operational data, commercial judgment and current market context.
