SignalAIX is a commercial brand operated by SigXAI Predictive eCommerce OÜ, an Estonian private limited company (“SignalAIX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Who we are

SigXAI Predictive eCommerce OÜ is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this Privacy Notice, subject to applicable data-protection law.

Information collected through the website

SignalAIX may collect your name, business email, company website and other information you voluntarily submit in connection with a pilot request.

Purpose

We use this information to respond to pilot requests, determine pilot fit, administer the Design Partner relationship and communicate about the requested pilot.

Merchant commercial information

Merchants may provide product, inventory, cost, market-context, and optional supporting information through the SignalAIX pilot application. Information is handled only for the requested analysis.

Customer-level personal data

SignalAIX does not require customer-level personal data for the pilot. Merchants should not submit customer names, personal email addresses, phone numbers, residential or shipping addresses, payment-card data or similar customer-level information. Merchants must not include customer-level personal data in their pilot application.

Service providers

SignalAIX uses third-party service providers to operate its website and pilot workflows. The public website and request form are currently provided through Framer. Depending on the relevant service configuration, information may be processed outside the EEA subject to the safeguards used by the applicable provider.

Retention and rights

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, administer the pilot, meet applicable legal obligations and maintain necessary business records. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal data by contacting info@signalaixhq.com. SignalAIX does not sell personal data.
