SignalAIX (signalaixhq.com) is an early-stage commercial intelligence company for European digital commerce merchants. This page describes our current data-handling intentions and practices.

This document explains how we currently intend to handle data related to our website and the 3-SKU scan service, and identifies areas that are still being finalized.

SignalAIX is Europe-first and is in the process of being established in Estonia. We intend to align our data practices with GDPR principles; a full legal and technical compliance assessment has not yet been completed.

SignalAIX is a pure B2B operational platform. We do not require, request, or ingest any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) belonging to your retail customers.

1.2 Data Handling & Security (Current Practices)

Privacy & Data Protection Policy (GDPR Compliance)

SignalAIX operates under the strict data protection frameworks of the European Union (GDPR) and is managed under the digital business ecosystem of Estonia.

1.1 No Consumer PII Collection

SignalAIX is a pure B2B operational platform. We do not require, request, or ingest any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) belonging to your retail customers.

1.2 Data Encryption & Transit

All business datasets, CSV/Excel inventory files, and operational configurations uploaded to SignalAIX are encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) in transit and Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256) at rest.

1.3 EU-Based Infrastructure

To ensure legal compliance and sovereign data protection, all database nodes, predictive models, and vector stores utilized by SignalAIX are hosted physically on secure, enterprise-grade cloud servers located within the European Union (e.g., GCP/AWS Frankfurt, Germany or Dublin, Ireland). Datasets are processed solely to generate the requested predictive reports and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
