These Website & Pilot Terms apply to the SignalAIX website and the SignalAIX Design Partner pilot operated by SigXAI Predictive eCommerce OÜ, an Estonian private limited company.
Legal operator
In these Terms, “SignalAIX”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to SigXAI Predictive eCommerce OÜ when referring to the legal operator of the SignalAIX brand, website and pilot.

Pilot nature
SignalAIX is currently offering an early-stage Design Partner pilot. The pilot is a focused commercial decision-support experience for up to 3 SKUs. It is reviewed before delivery.
Decision support
SignalAIX provides commercial decision-support information. It does not guarantee revenue, margin, demand, inventory outcomes, advertising results or market performance. The merchant retains final responsibility for commercial and operational decisions.
No autonomous execution
During the current pilot, SignalAIX does not automatically change inventory, pricing, campaigns, warehouse allocations or merchant systems.
Merchant-provided information
Merchants must have the authority to provide the information they submit and must not provide unnecessary customer-level personal data.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
The merchant retains its rights in submitted data. SigXAI Predictive eCommerce OÜ, operating the SignalAIX brand, retains its rights in its software, methodology, models, report formats, scoring systems and product intellectual property. Commercially sensitive information is used for administering and performing the requested pilot. A mutual NDA with SigXAI Predictive eCommerce OÜ may be arranged where appropriate.
