2. Terms of Service & Decision-Support Limitation of Liability

2.1 Decision-Support Capability (Not Operational Agency)

SignalAIX is designed as an advanced commercial decision-support system and situation room. All calculated metrics-including Geo Fit Score, Dead Inventory Risk Score, and Margin Quality Score-as well as associated geographic or marketing playbooks, are predictive indicators derived from statistical correlations, regional macroeconomics, historical return profiles, and external market signals.

2.2 Operational and Financial Discretion

The merchant retains final operational, financial, and tactical discretion regarding their inventory, marketing budgets, and geographic routing. SignalAIX does not autonomously execute logistics or ad-spend changes unless explicitly integrated and authorized via a separate written agreement.

2.3 Exclusion of Business Liability

SignalAIX, its founders, affiliates, and technology partners hold no liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential commercial or financial outcomes resulting from actions taken by the merchant. This includes, but is not limited to:
